Voxmobili offers a comprehensive range of Professional Services to support Operators at any stage of their service deployment.
Business Development
The business development service provides Operators/ISPs with a complete business evaluation of the potential introduction of new Voxmobili services, ranging from the evaluation of the ARPU increase to the TCO.
Integration
The integration service provides design, implementation and integration expertise in a complex IT/IS environment.
Education
The education service provides professional training for Operator/ISP's staff. Under the supervision of expert trainers, trainees will understand the fundamentals and the details about how to interface/Operate and maintain Voxmobili products.
Customization
The customization service provides Operators/ISPs with UI design and UI ergonomic expertise and feature adaptation in order for Voxmobili products to be optimally integrated into the Operator/ISP's environment.
Technical Support
The technical support service provides bug fixes and workarounds to field problem issues. Two levels of services can be contracted depending on the support level needed by the Operator/ISP:
Standard Support
All technical faults can be reported to our helpdesk during standard working hours (Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 7 PM). Corrections and emergency patches are delivered according to the standard response time plan.
Premium Support
All technical faults can be reported to our helpdesk 24h a day and 7 days a week. Corrections and emergency patches are delivered according to the premium response time plan.
