Using any internet standard connection or voice, users authenticate themselves (the Voxnet Universal Email can be integrated into an identity portal in order to provide single sign on capabilities for users.

Once authenticated, users can add, change, delete... email account and send, reply, forward, delete emails. Using the Voxpim Network Address Book, users can attach vCard of contacts or send iCal invitations thanks to the Voxpim Calendar. Any modifications are saved within the Voxnet database and propagated to the email servers or to the Voxsync Smart to reflect the latest changes in their universal inbox.

The APIs ensure a strong integration with 3rd party applications like billing, O&M and log management systems.
