Voxsync Smart is a small foot print client installed on any devices that interacts with embedded applications and the synchronization server. Voxsync Smart detects the changes on the device and automatically contacts the Synchronization Server sending the necessary changes while receiving the update made from other devices. Connector to new application can be easily implemented upgrading the service with a new data to be synchronized. Voxsync Smart can be easily automatically provisioned or downloaded manually.
Voxsync Smart can be alerted by the server via SMS or IP based, in order to push refreshed data such as new email messages, new calendar invitation... The customer care team may also want to notify the subscriber of a software update or trigger a scheduled backup of the subscriber's device. Any changes made on the device is automatically detected by Voxsync Smart which will initiate a synchronization with the synchronization server via the operator's public APN. Using Voxmobili Device Aware Technology, Voxsync Smart can adapt the data synchronised to the format supported by the device. With the same account, subscriber can use different devices with different capabilities. Voxsync Smart will detect the difference and send only the data the device can support without harming the remaining one. |
