Voxsync Server enables users to perform Wireless/Wireline synchronization of their Phone book devices through any mobile connection (CSD, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, CDMA...) or fixed connection (modem, ADSL, cable...) with any PIM data repository such as Voxpim product line.
Using a standard SyncML device, subscribers connect to the Voxsync Server using a Wireless/Wireline connection. After having authenticated subscribers, the server detects the device capabilities requesting the synchronization. Using the Voxsync Synchronization Template Technology, the server optimizes the data format to be synchronized based on the device capabilities thus ensuring consistency and accuracy between the data located on the server and the one synchronized on the device. Voxsync Server connects to the Voxpim Server and initiates the synchronization between subscriber's devices and the PIM account. Voxpim SDK adapts Voxsync Server connector to support multiple data sources and offer consequently multiple repository support. Voxsync Server can be easily integrated within the ISP/operator's authentication, provisioning and billing system to offer end-users single sign-on mechanism. Voxsync Server integration capabilities offer as well to ISPs/operators, full portal integration and comprehensive system monitoring. |
