Using any internet standard connection or voice, users authenticate themselves (the Voxpim Tasks & Notes can be integrated into an identity portal in order to provide single sign on capabilities for users.).

Once authenticated, users can add, change, delete, and share...tasks and notes. Any modifications are saved within the Voxpim Tasks & Notes database and propagated to the synchronized devices of users via the Voxsync Server to reflect the latest tasks and notes changes.

The APIs ensure a strong integration with 3rd party applications like billing, O&M and log management systems.
