Using any internet standard connection or voice, users authenticate themselves (the Voxpim Calendar can be integrated into an identity portal in order to provide single sign on capabilities for users.).

Once authenticated, users can add, change, delete appointments and share their calendar. Any modifications are saved within the Voxpim Calendar database and propagated to the synchronized devices of users via the Voxsync Server to reflect their latest calendar changes.
