Using any internet standard connection or voice, users authenticate themselves (the Voxpim Address Book can be integrated into an identity portal in order to provide single sign on capabilities for users.).

Once authenticated, users can add, change, delete contacts and share their Address Book. Any modifications are saved within the Voxpim Address Book database and propagated to the synchronized devices via the Voxsync Server of users to reflect the latest changes in the Address Book.
