• Define solution deployment project plans with major customers, including scope, resources allocated and deliverables, based on input from product management, development and deployment, and partners.
• Track projects plans to ensure their steady progress.
• Track efforts and costs to prepare billing.
• Identify risks in deployment projects, and organize the projects so as to minimize the impact of these risks.
• Act as primary interface with the customer on the progression of the projects, priming customer interactions, providing as necessary regular progress reports and coordinating responses to questions and issues that customers may raise with product management, development and deployment.
• Assist in establishing requirement specifications, responses to RFI/RFP for server products, work estimates, project plans and other product delivery documents, in coordination with product management, and development.

• Minimum 2 years of technology experience with a least half in telecommunication.
• Minimum 2-3 years project management experience with wireless carriers, with significant project management experience in the deployment of emerging infrastructure products with wireless carriers.
• Business development experience with established customers would be an asset.
• Project management experience in the development of application products with wireless carriers would be an asset.
• Knowledge of J2EE Application Server and Oracle products would be desirable.
• Knowledge of telephony and Internet protocols and technologies, in particular as they relate to the wireless application space would be desirable (e.g., MMS, WAP, WV, SyncML, GSM, MAP).
