Main responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies and tactical plans for current and potential device applications customers (OEMs/ODMs, mobile operators, etc.).
  • Build/lead multi-level customer relationships and specific engagement plans with cross-functional teams within current customers to understand requirements and drive Voxmobili strategies and solutions.
  • Construct/negotiate/close high-value, multi-year sales contracts.
  • Track client business customer accounts on a regular basis, to manage expectations and deliveries, ensure customer satisfaction and/or to flag potential risks, delays and unplanned issues.
  • Interface with customers to define opportunities, requirements and business arrangements, providing regular progress reports and coordinating responses as necessary.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams within Voxmobili such as Product Management, Product Development etc. to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
  • Maximize client business potential through continued growth and up sell of existing customers and identification, pursuit, and closure of new customers.
  • Prepare responses to RFI/RFP for client products and customer presentations in coordination with product/project management and development.
  • Assist customers in enhancing their services with Voxmobili?s products.
  • Significant travel required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, engineering or technical preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years sales or business development experience in the wireless space.
  • Direct experience and relationships with device OEMs, ODMs, and/or wireless carriers.
  • Demonstrated track-record of closing large, long-term contracts.
  • Post-sales experience.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop, produce and update product sales tools content for presentations, brochures, white papers, application notes, market and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate product launch plans and communication events.
  • Review, analyze and create summary reports of market studies, competitive analysis, industry trends and customer/partners strategies.
  • Maintain list of key market information metrics: market share, service take rates, and revenues by application.
  • Interface with regional sales team to adapt sales tools for different markets/products.
  • Work with product managers, marketing communication, research and technology teams on new product development and product enhancements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing Communication.
  • English Literature Scholar (strong asset).
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in telecoms or software product and services promotion and marketing.
  • Excellent English writing skills, produced/authored commercial literature/brochures, white papers, articles, presentation scripts.
  • Good analytical, effective leadership, communication and customer relations skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing and market research principles.
